What is the Kaizen Men’s Weekend?
Kaizen (改善) is a Japanese philosophy and practice that means "continuous improvement."
Kaizen is built on the idea that small, incremental changes made consistently over time lead to significant improvements.
The Kaizen Men's Weekend is a 3-day walkabout to discover, learn, and teach yourself and the men with you the truth about who you are, who they are, and who you are together.
And having as much fun as you can while doing it.
The weekend is not about fixing you or changing who you are.
It’s about stripping away what isn’t real so you can get clear about the man you are and can rise to your higher purpose.

The event schedule is designed to push you mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. There will be difficulties coupled with some of the most belly laughing fun possible. Come experience it and find out!
The staff members are a bunch of men volunteering to hold space for the participants of this weekend who have been doing this work for a very long time. Our resumes are not what is important. What is important, however, is what you already possess within you. We will hold space for you to dig deep and discover what you need to become the man you always wanted to be. The collective wisdom of the men will always be present.
The event will be taking place at El Segundo Masonic Center located at 520 Main st, El Segundo, CA 90245.
